Longer practice: (10 minutes – once when you awake and 10 minutes – before sleep)
The light has come. I have forgiven the world.
Is the same – repeat every 15 minutes throughout the day.
Should you be tempted, say to anyone who seems to pull you back into darkness:
The light has come. I have forgiven you.
